Health & Safety Guidelines

GENERAL REMINDERS:
- Our competition’s number ONE priority and ability to host an event for your dancers is solely based on the health and safety of all attendees. Masks are required at all times by any person who enters the venue area. Any guest violating this requirement will be escorted off the premises. Please inform your families of the importance of complying with this rule!
- Dancers may NOT remove their masks while performing.
- Live stream feed of all performances will be provided for your families’ viewing pleasure. https://rainbowdance.com/virtual-competition/theater
- Once your schedule has been set as final, it cannot be changed at the event.
- ALL families must practice social distancing in all areas of the premises. (both inside and outside)
- Waivers are required for all guests to enter the building


TEACHER WALKTHROUGH & CHECK-IN:
- Studio owners and all teachers please arrive 1 hour before the first performance for a walkthrough of the venue explaining the layout of the area, direction of traffic, dressing rooms, and to pick up the studios wristbands for dancers, staff and approved number of guests that will be in the attendance.
- Please inform your dancers and parents to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before their scheduled performance time and will be assigned a parking lot to help ease congestion.
- The following will be required for every individual entering the venue area:
- Completed Health Waiver - Please note there are 2 different waivers:
- Rainbow Health Waiver Adult
- Rainbow Health Waiver Minor
- Please inform your dancers, teachers and chaperones that their waiver should be in-hand upon check-in. This will make the check in process much easier and quicker for your dancers to get into the venue and begin warming up.

LIMITED VENUE CAPACITY:
- The theater capacity is based upon the number of available seats per social distancing guidelines. There are a maximum of 175 seats available in the auditorium and each dancer can have no more than 1 (ONE) guest with them. Even if you are under the max capacity the venue is only allowing 1 guest per dancer. Parents can share their wristbands by exiting the building and giving the wrist band to another parent to re-enter the building with a completed waiver.
- No more than 80 dancers can be in the venue at one time.
