VIDEO ON DEMAND
Video on demand is available for orders of 3 routines or less.
These routines must be ordered at least 4 hours prior to the end of the competition.
We recommend that orders be placed within 15 minutes after the first routine requested on the order form performs.
The videos are dubbed in the foyer area and are recorded in show order.
It is our goal to provide you with a quality VHS/DVD on demand!
Please help us make that happen by ordering early!
QUESTIONS MOST OFTEN ASKED!
Q. Will my child be featured on the group performance tape?
A. We make every effort to video tape every performer, close up, but taping overall routine is most desireable. Q. What will be the quality of the tape?
Q. All routines will be taped using broadcast quality equipment to ensure you of the finest quality available and transfered to VHS or DVD. Q. What if I am unhappy with quality or my tape is defective?
A. If your VHS/DVD is defective or damaged upon receipt or if you are unsatisfied with the quality, you must return the VHS/DVD to receive a duplicate or refund to the Rainbow Connection office - 4305 E Sahara #9 Las Vegas, NV 89104. The original Video/DVD must returned to the office within 30 days of recept.
Q. Will I receive my VHS/DVD the day of competition?
A. Orders will be available at the close of competition unless otherwise noted. Orders placed less than 4 hours prior to the close of the event may also be subject to shipping. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Mail orders 6-8 weeks.
